Each order undergoes a strict quality inspection before being carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If, exceptionally, you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Each request will be reviewed individually.
