During collection launches or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We currently ship across Luxembourg and Europe.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on location, customs procedures, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

LX TIPS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
